RPAS Services has started delivering services for testing Mode S transponders.
Mode S Transponders are mandatory on drones flying in civil-controlled airspace. Before the drone is offered for an airworthiness inspection by an authorized inspection body, it is adviced to first test the transponder for proper functioning.
Now RPAS operators can use RPAS Services for the uAvionics transponders and the Mode S transponder test.
